23 January 2024 Tswalanang Logistics obtained its AEO (Authorised Economic Operator) accreditation. The AEO accreditation serves as a fundamental platform in the Customs Sector. Its benefit is that Global Customs Authorities recognize Tswalanang Logistics as a committed business that meets minimal Supply Chain Standards, by reducing risks and harmonizing all cargo information.
As substantial as this was, Tswalanang Logistics continued its journey implementing further Quality Measures and Checks, reducing and mitigating risks and through continious participation of its valued team, revising procedures and processes to stay abreast of clients’ expectations and Industry Standards.
Subsequently on the 20th of January 2025, Tswalanang Logistics received its ISO accreditation. This accreditation affirms Tswalanang Logistics is in line with top-tier Quality, Efficiency and Safety Standards providing all interested parties with the reassurance that Tswalanang Logistics value high level standards and competency by improvising its processes and reducing and mitigating risk factors on a continious basis.
The journey to achieving this accreditation involved collaborative teamwork and input, revision of processes for continious improvement, monitoring of daily procedures and processes and continuous collective effort to deliver only the highest level of service excellence out there.
